Please use the contact form at the bottom of this page. However, you can only get a request fulfilled if you have an active membership of smartclassicalpiano.

How can I find a song that I want to learn?

We do have a search bar at the top of the page where you can look for a song you’d like. We also have categories sort by composers and difficulty on the video page!

I need some more basic piano help. Where can I go for that?

Check out the videos of the Kickstart Course included in the Premium and Kickstart membership. You'll also find help on our Facebook Group!

The videos can’t be downloaded to keep them up-to-date, but you can stream all videos 24/7 every day on every device!

Why can't I leave comments on the website?

You can cancel your subscription at any time under your My Account page.

What is your refund policy?

Nope! Look, we run incredible seasonable offers and provide you hundreds of video lesson for the price of 1 live lesson. If you go to a piano teacher, this is what you will pay for the first hour alone. You won’t get a refund there either. Do not however forget to cancel your membership for the next period!
But, hey, let’s leave this aside and keep playing!

My credit card keeps getting declined. What can I do?

Please excuse us for the inconvenience. At this point, we can’t do anything else than recommending a payment via PayPal. Please contact your bank to get more information about why your credit card got declined.
